INTRODUCTION
New Zealand Offshore Services is positioned in New Plymouth to take advantage of the opportunities in the New Zealand offshore industry, the bulk of which have been serviced from this area in the past. This has resulted in the company having a successful history in the area of support services and is a trusted member of the New Zealand oil and gas exploration industry, well known to all the other companies, which operate in this area.

New Zealand Offshore Services Ltd is established to service the maritime requirements of the offshore industry throughout New Zealand. It is an organisation that has participated in most exploration ventures since 1980, either as the vessel operator or manager and provider of marine personnel and industrial relations support. Sea Oil Services, a division of New Zealand Offshore Services has previously managed and provided personnel for the operation of oil exploration Drill-Ships and semi-submersible Drilling Rigs.

As a company NZOS has been in the offshore industry for over 25 years. The directors have been involved from the earliest days of exploration in New Zealand waters and the recent installation of the Maui Platforms and the FPSO. We do not own vessels and thus are free to look at the market without bias. We have a willingness to seek innovative solutions which we believe to be the key to reducing operating costs.
